For the last 100 years Casper’s has been serving the same chili, the funky interiors has changed with our culture and the owners and staff have remained a great friend to people of Springfield.

Even though the chili stays the same history and technology have been rapidly changing. Do you think Casper would have envisioned two World Wars, the Sudan, Bosnia, Viet Nam, Iraq and that we are still fighting wars for the same justifications?  The restaurant has been electrified, air conditioned, a telephone, a walk-in cooler, a refrigerator,  WiFi and large full service restaurant suppliers.
